Defence of the hunter

From Young Wild Hunters we support Defensa del Cazador, a law firm with more than 30 years of experience, specialised in the world of hunting.

If you are a hunter, if you manage a hunting ground or if you own guns, they are the team of lawyers you need. Their objective is to legally protect hunters who are faced with any legal obstacle or situation of lack of legal protection.

Faced with the unstoppable increase of sanctioning proceedings from our sector - hunting, weapons and shooting - the legal project Defensa del Cazador (Hunter's Defence) has re-emerged with even more strength, a specialised legal assistance project that the hunting and shooting sector has been crying out for decades. At last we have a brilliant team of lawyers who specialise in our field and who will defend any of us who need their help and service to the end.

With continuous training that has been proven over the last few decades and 99% of the cases dealt with satisfactorily resolved, the new business managers of Defensa del Cazador want to give a boost to our services and convey to the collective the idea that the Administration is not always right when it sanctions or intimidates us in the exercise of our passion and that in most cases our legal assistance is of paramount importance to avoid the payment of heavy fines or deprivation of rights in a non-fundamental way or other administrative abuses/ or excesses.

With a clear national projection, as the needs of hunters and shooters before the Administration are the same throughout Spain - although the laws are not -, the company has chosen Seville as its headquarters and epicentre and in its facilities they will try to respond to some of the thousands of sanctioning proceedings that are initiated each year in this province alone. The figures are frightening.

The objective is therefore big and ambitious, but the passion that this office feels for the defence of our way of life and our love of the countryside, hunting and shooting encourages this dynamic team to work every day with renewed enthusiasm.

Because... would you really know what to do if you inherited guns, or if your guns were stolen, are you sure what to do? Cases like these are more frequent than we think, but also if you do not know how to carry out an administrative procedure related to your firearms, or if you are unjustly accused of any criminal act related to them, defensadelcazador.com will give you legal advice on how to proceed in order to keep your rights intact. Or if you have an accident or collision with wild animals, would you know who to contact and make a claim? The link between breathalyser tests and immediate withdrawal of your firearms licence is now the order of the day... did you know? Is it possible to expunge your record?

All these questions and many more are what motivate this specialised law firm to provide a service to anyone who may need them.
