PRIVACY POLICY REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA IN RELATION TO THE GIVEAWAY FOR AN AIMPOINT ACRO C2, A GAIM HUNTING AND THREE EXCLUSIVE CAPS FROM THE WILD BOAR ISLAND SERIES (IN COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL OF 27 APRIL 2016)

 
1.1. The data controller in connection with the raffle for an Aimpoint Acro C2 riflescope, a GAIM hunting riflescope and three exclusive Wild Boar Island caps , which will take place from 20 March to 20 April 2025 at midnight (hereinafter referred to as the "Raffle") will be, jointly:
The aforementioned companies will act jointly as joint controllers of the processing and will be referred to hereinafter as the "Controller."
 
1.2. The Controller informs participants that their data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of current regulations on personal data protection, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
 
1.3. The purposes of processing the personal data collected during the draw are as follows:
a) Allow participants to participate in the Raffle;
b) Select the winner of the Raffle and communicate and deliver the prize.
c) Send commercial communications for the purpose of promoting the Controller's activities, only if the participant has given their explicit consent.
 
1.4. Category of data to be processed: The data controller will process the data directly provided by participants through the registration form for participation in the draw.
In connection with the purposes of participation in the Raffle, selection, communication, and delivery of the prize to the winner, the Data Controller may process the participant's identification and contact information, including: first name, last name, age, ID number (if applicable), telephone number, and email address. The interested party must also indicate whether they hold a firearms license, in order to comply with the Data Controller's legal obligations.
For the purpose of sending "commercial communications, promotions, and marketing actions," the Controller will only process the data subject's first and last name and email address.
 
1.5. Data retention periods: Participants' identifying data will be retained for the time strictly necessary for the conduct of the Sweepstakes and for the applicable legal periods. Data used to send commercial communications, promotions, and marketing actions will be processed by the Data Controller until the data subject requests its removal or exercises their right to erasure, objection, or restriction of such processing.
Once the relationship with the Controller has ended, or after exercising the aforementioned rights, the data will be blocked by the Controller and made available exclusively to judges and courts, the Public Prosecutor's Office, or the competent public authorities for the purpose of addressing any potential liability arising from the processing, for the duration of the statute of limitations. Once this period has elapsed, the Controller will delete your data without further delay.
 
1.6. Legal basis for processing: The processing of personal data, depending on each purpose, will be based on the following legal grounds:
a) To allow participants to participate in the Giveaway, select the winner, and communicate and deliver the prize: processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party in accordance with Article 6.1.b GDPR, following acceptance by the data subject of the Giveaway's legal terms and conditions.
b) The sending of commercial communications for the purpose of promoting the Controller's activities is based on the explicit consent granted by the participant, optionally, when registering to participate in the sweepstakes. The interested party may withdraw their consent at any time through the Controller's contact address.
 
1.7. Recipients: As a general rule, the Controller will not share the personal data of data subjects. However, the Controller may share the data subject's data with service providers necessary to guarantee the purpose, such as providers of sweepstakes or technology services. Likewise, the Controller may share personal data with Public Administrations or Authorities in the event of a request or due to a legal obligation.
 
1.8. Transfer of data to third countries or international organizations: The Controller does not transfer Personal Data to third countries or international organizations.
 
1.9. Automated decisions: There is no automated decision-making process, in accordance with Article 13.2 (f) of Regulation (EU) No. 679/2016.
 
1.10. Special categories of personal data: In accordance with Articles 9 and 10 of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679, the data subject shall not be requested to provide data that may be classified as "Special categories of personal data."
 
1.11. Processing method: The processing of the data provided is based on the principles of lawfulness, transparency, purpose limitation and retention, data minimization, accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality. It will always be carried out in accordance with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights. In particular, processing will be carried out using paper, computer and telematic tools, also in accordance with the provisions of Article 29 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and, in any case, with appropriate means to ensure its security and confidentiality, in accordance with the provisions of Article 32 of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679.
 
1.12. Participant Rights: Data subjects may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection to data processing in the cases and to the extent established by GDPR EU 2016/679. Data subjects also have the right to withdraw their consent at any time.
To exercise your rights and for all matters relating to the processing of the data provided, as well as to receive more detailed information about the subjects and/or categories of subjects to whom the data is communicated or who have knowledge of them as those in charge or authorized, the interested party may contact the Controller through the email address admin@youngwildhunters.com or the Controller's registered address indicated above, attaching a copy of their ID if necessary.
