Wild Namibia 2.0, the adventure

Equipped with high-precision Anschütz rifles, state-of-the-art DDoptics optics, and RWS ammunition, Ignacio and Rafa are ready to face any challenge nature throws their way. The adventure unfolds thanks to Okondura , along with Ralf and Tim Liedtke, who have been exceptional hosts and guides for our hunters. Here's a detailed look at each episode so you don't miss a moment of this incredible adventure.

Episode 1: Unfinished Business

The series begins with a return to Namibia, a country that has already left an indelible mark on their hearts. Accompanied by experts Tim and Ralf Liedtke, the Young Wild Hunters embark on new adventures across the vast African plains. In this first episode, their main target is the resilient mountain zebra, which they hunt with a 300wm rifle. Hunting this animal is a true challenge, filled with nerves, running, and the uncertainty that always accompanies hunting in the wild. Viewers will be able to feel the tension and excitement as our hunters approach their target, facing natural obstacles and testing their skill and patience.

Episode 2: Local Culture

The second episode offers a break from the intense hunt to explore Namibia's rich culture. A local guide introduces Ignacio and Rafa to the ancient traditions and techniques of the locals. They learn how to light a fire using primitive methods and assemble a wooden bow, essential skills for hunters of yesteryear. Rafa ventures out on a hunt for the elusive wildebeest, an experience that not only tests his skills but also allows him to connect more deeply with his surroundings. The day culminates with a unique culinary experience, where they prepare a traditional recipe with sand grus, demonstrating the importance of utilizing and respecting every part of the prey.

Episode 3: The White Elephant Cave

This episode delves into the history and heritage of ancient hunters. Ignacio and Rafa visit caves with cave paintings that transport them to a time when hunting was essential for survival. These paintings are not only a testament to the past but also a source of inspiration and reflection on how hunting has evolved. In addition to exploring these historical relics, the Young Wild Hunters travel to the coast to practice fishing. This trip not only offers them an opportunity to demonstrate their fishing skills but also to enjoy a succulent meal with friends, celebrating their connection with nature.

In the footsteps of the Bushmen

The White Elephant is the most famous painting in the renowned Philip's Cave, located in the Erongo Mountains of Namibia. Cave art is a testament to life, showing us that thousands of years ago, hunting was essential to humankind; their survival depended on it. Pure instinct fueled their creativity, and they achieved their goals with the limited resources available to them. That essence, that feeling, should not be lost, and Young Wild Hunters champions it with productions like this series.

Episode 4: The Namib Desert

The fourth episode takes Ignacio and Rafa to the spectacular Namib Desert. This desert, one of the oldest in the world, is home to a surprising diversity of species. Here, the Young Wild Hunters face the challenge of hunting oryx and springbuck, two emblems of the local fauna. The vast expanses of open terrain and lack of natural cover make approaches extremely difficult. This episode highlights not only the hunters' skill but also their ability to adapt to one of the most inhospitable environments on the planet. The beauty of the Namib, with its rolling dunes and stunning landscapes, provides a stunning backdrop for their adventures.

Episode 5: Last Chance

In the season finale, time is running out and opportunities are becoming scarce. Ignacio and Rafa must make the most of every remaining moment in Namibia. Ignacio continues his pursuit of the elusive springbucks, while both hunters prepare for a series of exciting confrontations with warthogs (African warthogs). These animals, known for their cunning and resilience, present a worthy challenge to close out the season, and a 6.5 Creedmore bullet from RWS will challenge them. Viewers will witness spectacular shots and the culmination of a series filled with excitement, learning, and respect for nature.
